(MUST read prior to any commission completion)

Quote:

Quotes are for the final price and are valid for 30 days from the date sent, shipping costs are NOT included on the quote if the completion date is 3 months or more out, as shipping prices vary. Any changes made after the quote is issued will increase the final price.

 

Reference:

Any major work or complex character design requires at least one image reference that clearly shows all markings and colors, unclear, small image, or feral art (for full costumes) may not be acceptable for quote purposes. Any changes you want that are not clearly shown on the reference sheet will incur an additional charge. If the maker finds a character to be complex, i have the right to add fees where appropriate. Such as interesting eye designs, piercings or difficult markings. (See Difficult Design Fee Below).

 

Deposit:

An initial non refundable deposit of 30% of the final cost will be required to cover materials and to lock in your quote. Verify that you agree to all terms, and we have come to an agreement on the payment plans and specifics before sending the deposit. 
If you have been quoted with a rush fee i will need at least a 50-75% deposit of the final cost so i can get all the supplies quickly and get started on your commission.
*Your entitled to a partial refund AFTER 30 days of full payment after the first month. If you cancel and order before the commission is complete and after its been a month after full payment, your only going to be given a partial refund after items are sold. (Please see below)

Rush Fee: 
A rush fee can be applied to your order. The normal turn around time for partial suits upon full payment is between 3-6 months & for full suits is between 5-10 months upon full payment. A rush fee is applied when a customer needs the suit a month or 2 sooner than when it would be normally finished. For each month deducted from the original completion date, the fee is $50.00. ( for example say i give you a quote for a partial suit to be completed by the end of July and your commissioning me around the middle of February but you need it by beginning of June, i will charge $100 for the 2 months faster i have to make it). However, don't give me an unrealistic time frame. For a partial i need at least 45 days after full payment had been received and for a full i need at least 90 days after full payment. 

Design Difficulty Fee: 
A design difficulty fee means the maker/artist may have a difficult time getting a special marking, or pattern just right.
 

Full Payment:

Full payment and shipping costs will be required before delivery of any parts or materials.
 

Forced sale:

If you have not paid in full six months after the completion date, we reserve the right to sell any works in progress or materials as is to cover material and labor costs. You will be entitled to a refund of any refundable amount AFTER the sale or auction is completed and fully paid for.
 

Cancel order in progress:

You may at any time cancel the order in progress, the work in progress items and materials will be sold at auction, and you are entitled to any refundable amount AFTER the sale or auction is completed and fully paid for.

Underaged Commissioner:
If a Minor wishes to commission something valuing over $50 USD, they must show this TOS to their Parenent or Guardian and they must email their agreement or decline the terms to this email:

Once an email has been recieved, the commission can either begin or be rejected.
